AM-LG600 Automatic Scoring&Grooving Machine

This machine is specifically developed for efficient, high-volume production in the V slotting process of  (lid-and-base) rigid boxes. It innovatively combines two core functions: die-less four-corner scoring and automatic bidirectional grooving(automatic corner cutting&V grooving) Utilizing a unique “half-cut” process, the machine precisely creates score lines at the four corners of the card-board without cutting all the way through. This design ensures stable positioning of the cardboard during conveying and grooving, while allowing the four corner waste pieces to detach automatically once grooving is complete — eliminating the need for manual waste removal and die change costs. The finished box naturally presents crisp, clean 90-degree right angles at all four corners, giving the overall structure a sharper, more rigid and three-dimensional look with a heightened sense of refinement. It is widely applied in the front-end board grooving process for gift boxes, high-end liquor packaging, premium food boxes, and other packaging applications where a superior box shape and tactile quality are essential.
