AMQ-5545DI+AMS-5030LW is L-bar vertical sealing shrink-film packing machine+Shrink tunnel, automatic film-feeding,automatic product-conveying,automatic sealing and heat shrink wrapping in one line;

It is widely used for book packaging,food packaging,daily necessities packaging,home-appliances packaging, electronic product packing and so on.
AMS-5030LW Shrink Tunnel is Frequency controlling for conveyor speed,the wind blowing direction and the wind blowing-force able to be adjusted to satisfy the packaging requests of various products.
Application&Solutions
Machine Characteristics:
1. The vertical L bar sealing to achieve high efficiency and good-look of cutting and sealing ;
2. The machine is PLC system controlling,sealing cutter lifting by button adjusting,easy machine operating;
3. Horizontal-set electric tracing-eye and vertical-set electric tracing-eye equipped on the cutting section and it can be switched in the screen to adapt wrapping small products;
4. Air-blowing device can be switched on according to product requirements, it is mainly for big-size products for helping it wrap smoothly through heat-tunnel shrinking;
5. Automatic machine shut-down system when the door be opened during machine working and automatic alarm system to ensure safety for machine users.
